Happy Birthday, the most handsome man for me!

It's my husband's birthday.

So I'm gonna bake Pâte à biscuit à l'orange and decorate it with caramel cream, as same as our wedding cake.

In fact, this morning I'd said him I make lemon chiffon cake with fresh whipping cream and he'd looked happy. But then I found so sweet looking orange discounted the price at the supermarket , an hour ago. Moreover, it was non post-harvest of home growth! Then I changed the type of Today's cake.

He loves my cakes and don't care what flavor the cake (exception: chestnut and chocolate...he don't like them)

　今日は夫の誕生日です。

　これから、私たちのウェディングケーキと同じく、オレンジのビスキュイ生地を焼いてキャラメルクリームでデコります。

　本当は、今朝「レモンシフォンの生デコ作るよ」と言ったら夫が嬉しそうだったんですが、一時間ほど前スーパーでおいしそうなオレンジが安くなっていました。それに、国産でポストハーベストを使っていないやつです。それで今日のケーキのメニューを変更しました。

　夫は私が作るケーキが好きですし、どんな味でも多分気にしません。（ただし、栗とチョコはダメ。嫌いなんだそうです）
