It's cold today.
Yesterday, I stewed a pile of oden (Japanease Pot-au-feu, stewed with stock made from kelp and dried bonito shavings seasoned salt and soy sauce, and sake), then Today's dinner is automatically oden.
I love oden so much!
Once cooking oden make me free to cook other main dish for a few days.
And I'm thinking about ponzu bukkake Tanuki kama'age-udon to cook as another dish to match oden.
my favorite ingredients are boiled egg, Atsuage(deep fried Tofu), Ganmodoki(a fried bean curd cake with vegetables) , Daikon, konnyaku(like gumi jelly made from Konjac yam routs), and taro!
今日は寒いです。
昨日たくさんおでんを作っておいたので、今日の夕食も自動的におでんです。
おでん大好きです!
一回作ると、二三日はこまごました料理を作らずに済みます。
でもおでんに合わせて、ポン酢ぶっかけたぬき釜揚げうどん(長い……)を作ろうかなと。
好きな具は、玉子、厚揚げ、がんもどき、こんにゃく、里芋です!
